Worst service providers, dont use them

I used their website, booked a bus to Bangalore, got myself paid for a Ac sleeper; but got a crappy non Ac sleeper with no services or help not explanation whatsoever ...and when I wrote back to them in an email; they sent me no reply. But next day send me a email to rate their services with no reply even when I gave them jus 1*

It like they just need your money; and everything else is one big sham

If u value your money, dont book them. STAY SAFE, AVOID REDBUS
