I used their website, booked a bus to Bangalore, got myself paid for a Ac sleeper; but got a crappy non Ac sleeper with no services or help not explanation whatsoever ...and when I wrote back to them in an email; they sent me no reply. But next day send me a email to rate their services with no reply even when I gave them jus 1* It like they just need your money; and everything else is one big sham If u value your money, dont book them. STAY SAFE, AVOID REDBUS

Easy to use
its very simple and clean app...gives a quick view of all the buses available in the route...brings all the buses under one platform... i wish they build an app for IRCTC as well..they can do many good things..
Reviews on Mouthshut reveal that this company regularly double-books tickets and customers are left stranded at the time of travel. Not only do they not make alternate travel arrangements for them, they dont even refund them! This almost happened to me, luckily I had requested COD. Also, they falsely advertise discounts on the app that never apply and when I inquired about it on Facebook, they deleted my post! Twice. And their phone support hung up on me. Dodgy, scamming company.
