Scamming Bus Company

Reviews on Mouthshut reveal that this company regularly double-books tickets and customers are left stranded at the time of travel. Not only do they not make alternate travel arrangements for them, they dont even refund them! This almost happened to me, luckily I had requested COD. Also, they falsely advertise discounts on the app that never apply and when I inquired about it on Facebook, they deleted my post! Twice. And their phone support hung up on me. Dodgy, scamming company.
